Soccer Recap: Rich Township Takes a Loss

Rich Township was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Herscher Tigers, falling 3-0.

Rich Township's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Herscher, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-2-2 record this season.

Rich Township will venture away from home to take on Reed-Custer at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Herscher, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Bremen on the 27th.
