Tate won the last time they faced West Florida and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Aggies put the hurt on the Jaguars with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Aggies.

Tate was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-6, 25-16.

Torrie Garrett paced Tate's offense, picking up 11 kills. Garrett got some help from Bailie Merritt and her 24 assists. Merritt was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Tate's win bumped their record up to 18-5. As for West Florida, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-14.

Coming up, Tate will be playing at home against Escambia at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Florida, they will head out to take on Pensacola at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
