Football Game Recap: David Crockett vs. Daniel Boone

David Crockett might be getting used to good results now that the team has nine wins in a row. They took their contest against Daniel Boone on Friday 34-27.

No one put up better numbers for David Crockett than junior Cade Larkins, who brought his A game into the match. He passed for 410 yards and 4 touchdowns. Larkins has been a consistent playmaker for David Crockett as this was the 8th good game in a row from him. Additional support came from defensive powerhouse senior Mark Seidler, who racked up 13 tackles.

David Crockett have yet to lose this season, and the victory brought them up to 9-0. Daniel Boone's loss pushes them down to 7-2.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. David Crockett will square off against Morristown-Hamblen East at 7:30 PM next week. Morristown-Hamblen East took a loss in their last game and are no doubt out to reverse David Crockett's good fortune. Daniel Boone will take on Cherokee at home at 7:30 PM next week. Cherokee stagger in eager to bring about an end to their four-game losing streak.
