Bloomingdale came into Saturday's contest looking for another win against Shorecrest Prep, but Nickolas Bearden wouldn't allow it. The Shorecrest Prep Chargers secured a 47-41 W over the Bloomingdale Bulls on Saturday thanks in part to Bearden, who posted 29 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Shorecrest Prep's points.

The win (which was Shorecrest Prep's fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points per game. As for Bloomingdale, their loss dropped their record down to 10-4.
