Volleyball Recap: Abilene Beats El Dorado for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Abilene came tearing into Saturday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the El Dorado Wildcats by a score of 2-0. The Cowboys have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Abilene took both sets by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-14.

KaiLee Crane paced Abilene's offense, picking up eight kills. Crane got some help from Rylee Miller and her 17 assists. Miller was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Abilene's victory bumped their record up to 16-17. As for El Dorado, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-25-3.

Abilene didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Buhler on the 18th. As for El Dorado, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Salina Central on the 18th.
