Baseball Recap: Blue Island Eisenhower Comes Up Short

Blue Island Eisenhower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 14-3 to the Reavis Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-3 last Monday.

Blue Island Eisenhower saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Adriel Castro, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Blue Island Eisenhower's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Reavis, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-4.

Coming up, Blue Island Eisenhower will head out on the road to face off against Hillcrest at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Reavis, they will square off against Oak Forest at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
