Lake Norman Charter fell victim to East Rowan and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 9-0 to the Mustangs. The defeat continues a trend for the Knights in their meetings with the Mustangs: they've now lost nine in a row.

Lake Norman Charter's loss dropped their record down to 6-16. As for East Rowan, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-2 record this season.
