After both having extra time off, the Grand Junction Central Warriors and the Grand Junction Tigers will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Grand Junction Central is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak.
Grand Junction Central came up short against Fruita Monument on Tuesday, falling 3-0.
The final score came out to 25-18, 25-19, 25-11.

Despite the loss, Grand Junction Central had strong showings from Delany Nostrand, who had 14 digs and one assist, and Jasmine Rushing, who had 11 digs. Nostrand is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played.
Meanwhile, Grand Junction lost 3-0 to Palisade on Tuesday. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-19, 25-18.
Grand Junction Central will have to contain Norah Gruwell as she made an impact in Grand Junction's last game. She had 23 digs and three assists. Sienna Ludlam also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.
Grand Junction's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Grand Junction Central, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.
