Baseball Recap: Pilot Rock Takes a Loss

Pilot Rock lost against Grant Union last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rockets came up short against the Prospectors, falling 28-1. The match marked the Rockets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Pilot Rock's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Grant Union, their victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pilot Rock will face off against rival Irrigon at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Grant Union is set to take on their familiar foe Weston-McEwen/Griswold at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
