Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lafayette). They really took it to the Acadiana Rams for the full four quarters, racking up a 75-9 victory. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Lafayette has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 16-11 record this season. As for Acadiana, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-22.

Coming up, Lafayette will head out to challenge Barbe at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Acadiana, they will square off against Southside at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Acadiana is facing Southside at the right time seeing as Southside is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
