Volleyball Recap: Herculaneum Comes Up Short

Herculaneum lost against Jefferson back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Black Cats lost 3-0 to the Blue Jays.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-12, 25-8.

Herculaneum has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13-2 record this season. As for Jefferson, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-11-4.

Looking ahead, Herculaneum will take on Crystal City at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday. As for Jefferson, they will be playing at home against DeSoto at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
