Soccer Recap: Statesboro Comes Up Short

Statesboro lost against South Effingham back in March of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Statesboro Blue Devils came up short against the South Effingham Mustangs, falling 4-1. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Statesboro now has a losing record of 2-3. As for South Effingham, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Coincidentally, Statesboro and South Effingham will both be playing Glynn Academy the next time they take the pitch. Statesboro will host Glynn Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while South Effingham will host them at 5:00 p.m. on March 4th.
