Volleyball Game Preview: Alton Redbirds vs. Collinsville Kahoks

Alton hasn't had much luck against Collinsville recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Redbirds will be playing in front of their home fans against the Kahoks at 5:45 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Thursday, Alton came up short against Belleville East and fell 2-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Collinsville also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Belleville West by a score of 2-0.

Collinsville was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Belleville West work for it, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-10.

Alton's loss dropped their record down to 9-23. As for Collinsville, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-15.
