The Webb Gauls will head out to take on the Silver Valley Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Webb will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.
On Saturday, Webb was fully in charge, breezing past Santa Rosa Academy 51-24. Considering the Gauls have won five contests by more than 20 points this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Webb's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mikey Pino, who threw for 375 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.9 yards per attempt. Pino's passing game has become a key predictor of the Gauls' success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 1-2 otherwise. Webb's leading receiver Alec Kaushal was Pino's top target yet again, picking up 219 receiving yards and three scores.
Webb didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Kaushal led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself. Aidan Kaushal got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Silver Valley, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 36-33 victory over Riverside Prep on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Trojans have posted since October 10, 2024.
Webb better keep an eye on Noah Durrah. He was instrumental in Silver Valley's win, rushing for 294 yards and three TDs while picking up 10.5 yards per carry. Durrah's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 118 rushing yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Javion Taylor, who rushed for 245 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 11.7 yards per carry.
Silver Valley was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 539 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since the start of last season.
Webb's record now sits at 6-2. As for Silver Valley, their record is now 2-7.
Webb and Silver Valley were almost perfectly matched up when the teams last played back in October of 2024, but Webb suffered an agonizing 14-13 defeat. Can the Gauls avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
