After a string of three wins, False River's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They lost 3-0 to the Central Private Redhawks. The Gators were not able to make up for their loss to the Redhawks from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-4, 25-12, 25-8.
False River's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Central Private, their win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 7-7.
We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. False River is set to square off against their familiar foe Southern Lab at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Central Private will take on rival Slaughter Community Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
