Volleyball Recap: McMullen County Find Success

McMullen County posted their closest victory since September 13, 2024 on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Poth Pirates 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cowboys.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day McMullen County got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 21-25, 15-11.

McMullen County's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Poth, they moved to 3-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
