Austin Joslin and Aiden Rodriguez were among the main playmakers for Coahoma as the former threw for 220 yards and five TDs on only 13 passes and the latter rushed for 136 yards and a pair of scores on only seven carries. Those 220 passing yards gave Joslin a new career-high. Landon Wells was in the mix as well, providing Coahoma with three touchdowns.

Thanks to that big game, Mitchell is now up to 35 passing touchdowns on the season. Slayden Dickinson did his part for the team as well, scoring a TD off of 151 receiving yards.

Coahoma's record now sits at 9-2. As for Canadian, their record is now 10-1.

Coahoma was dealt a bruising 63-35 defeat at the hands of Canadian when the teams last played back in November of 2024. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Bulldogs were down 49-21.
