Grace Baptist Academy (Chattanooga, Tenn.) 49-41 on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a
Spencer Mossburg touchdown run in the first quarter, the Seahawks led 23-20 at the half.
Silverdale Academy expanded its lead to 16 points entering the fourth quarter. SA scored two times in the third, including once on a
Matt McCulley touchdown run.
Josh Smith was a force even in defeat, and rushed for four touchdowns for the Golden Eagles.
McCulley was the top performer for the Seahawks. The junior running back ran for three touchdowns.
Silverdale Academy got revenge for last year's 20-0 loss to Grace Baptist Academy with the victory.
The loss comes after Grace Baptist Academy defeated Grundy County 34-22 last week.
