Volleyball Recap: Lemmon Comes Up Short

If Lemmon was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Philip on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cowboys took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Harding County Ranchers on Saturday. The Cowboys haven't had much luck with the Ranchers recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Lemmon's defeat dropped their record down to 10-3. As for Harding County, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Lemmon will challenge Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig] at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Harding County, they will face off against Dupree at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
