Soccer Recap: West Jordan Takes a Loss

West Jordan managed to keep up with Kearns until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Jaguars came up short against the Cougars, falling 5-1. If West Jordan were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to Kearns when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

West Jordan's goal came courtesy of Aaron Hunt, who's now up to five this season.

West Jordan has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Kearns, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3.

Coming up, West Jordan will head out on the road to face off against Hunter at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. West Jordan are facing Hunter at the right time seeing as Hunter are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Kearns, they will face off against Granger at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Granger will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Kearns surely won't give up without a fight.
