Softball Recap: Bolles Takes a Loss

Bolles lost against West Nassau back in February of 2016, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs came up short against the Warriors, falling 8-2. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Aleda Cashwell was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Leighton Dostie was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases.

Bolles' defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for West Nassau, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-6.

Looking ahead, Bolles is taking a road trip to face off against Fernandina Beach at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Nassau, they will be taking part in a tournament against Canterbury at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
