Softball Recap: Baldwin Takes a Loss

Baldwin blew Yulee out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Wednesday Yulee got their revenge. The Indians wound up with the same score they had in their last game (5-3), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. They were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hornets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2021.

Baldwin saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jazmine Ramos-Merced, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

Baldwin's defeat dropped their record down to 16-7. As for Yulee, their victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-8.

As of now, neither Baldwin nor the Hornets have any future games scheduled.
