Halstead faced Rock Creek in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Dragons came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 2-0. The win was familiar territory for the Dragons, who have now won four matches in a row.

Bailey Bernal paced Halstead's offense, picking up 12 kills. Bernal got some help from Jordy Schroeder and her 25 assists.

Halstead's victory bumped their record up to 25-5. As for Rock Creek, they moved to 27-5 with that defeat, which also ended their 12-match winning streak.
