Football Recap: Lakes Skates Past River Ridge with Ease + How To Watch

While Lakes put up plenty of points on Thursday, the same can't be said for River Ridge. The Lancers claimed a resounding 48-0 victory over the Hawks. That looming 48-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Lancers yet this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lakes to victory, but perhaps none more so than Toetu Moliga, who rushed for 124 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 15 carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Jadis Lefono, who threw for 197 yards and two TDs while completing 73.3% of his passes.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Lakes was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 257 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in October of 2024.

The win keeps Lakes at an undefeated 5-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 37.2 points this season. As for River Ridge, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
