On Tuesday, Liberty got the W thanks in part to Shania Brown playing the best basketball she has all season. Brown dropped a double-double on 31 points and 24 rebounds. The performance marked the most boards she has had since back in January of 2024. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played.

Brown and Liberty will head out on the road to square off against Liberty Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Minutemen got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Bulldogs, probably because Brown had a solid game then too: she dropped a double-double on 25 points and 16 rebounds.
