Volleyball Recap: Thomasville Takes a Loss

Thomasville lost against Providence Grove back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bulldogs came up short against the Patriots, falling 3-0. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-2, 25-15.

Among those leading the charge was Cheyenne Collins, who had 15 assists and four aces. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 2 aces per game.

Thomasville's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Providence Grove, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-10.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Patriots beat Thomasville by a score of 3-0 on Monday.
