Baseball Recap: Trinity Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Trinity Christian Academy's last matchup with Orangewood Christian could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Tuesday. The Trinity Christian Academy Eagles lost 13-3 to the Orangewood Christian Rams. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Rams recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Trinity Christian Academy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kyle Kuczynski, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. The dominant performance gave Kuczynski a new career-high in hits. Liam Callahan was another, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one RBI.

Trinity Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Orangewood Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Trinity Christian Academy will head out to take on East Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Orangewood Christian, they will venture away from home to challenge Edgewater at 4:30 p.m. on March 25th.
