Basketball Recap: Liverpool Comes Up Short

Liverpool has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 61-58 heartbreaker at the hands of the Binghamton Patriots. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (55), the Warriors still had to take the loss.

Liverpool's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Binghamton, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-2.

While Liverpool had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
