Baseball Game Preview: Sacred Heart Crusaders vs. Resurrection Catholic Eagles

For the second straight game, Sacred Heart will face off against Resurrection Catholic. The Crusaders will welcome the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sacred Heart will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak.

Sacred Heart made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Resurrection Catholic, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Crusaders blew past the Eagles 14-1 on Tuesday. The Crusaders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 games by six runs or more this season.

Kyron Murphy was a major factor no matter where he played. He tossed six innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-4.
