Soccer Game Preview: Pasadena vs. Glendale

The Pasadena Bulldogs will square off against the Glendale Nitros at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Pasadena's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Glendale's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Pasadena is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Arcadia just ended the team's ten-game winning streak on Friday. They and the Apaches finished up their game with a 0-0 draw. The result kept the Bulldogs happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 1, 1900.

Meanwhile, Glendale kept a clean sheet against Arcadia on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Apaches. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Nitros.

Tony Torosyan and Erik Tsaturyan scored all three of Glendale's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Pasadena's draw makes their record 10-0-1 this season. As for Glendale, they now have a winning record of 5-4-4.

Pasadena came out on top in a nail-biter against Glendale in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. Will Pasadena repeat their success, or does Glendale have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
