Football Recap: Falls City Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Falls City came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were dealt a 48-0 defeat at the hands of the Junction Eagles. The Beavers lost against the Eagles in their previous head to head back in November of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 35-13 score last time.

Falls City's loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-3. As for Junction, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Falls City and Junction will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Beavers see the field they'll take on Louise at 7:00 p.m. on October 10. As for Junction, their break will end when they face Center Point at 7:00 p.m. on October 10.
