Football Preview: Etiwanda Eagles vs. Norco Cougars        
        
		
             The Etiwanda Eagles will square off against the Norco Cougars at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
 Last Friday, Etiwanda was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap  as they fell  30-24 to Cajon. The loss was the Eagles' first of the season.
 Etiwanda's  loss shouldn't obscure the performances of  Keegan Campuzano, who threw for 224 yards and two touchdowns, and  Aureliano Bedoy, who picked up 106 receiving yards and a touchdown.
 Meanwhile, Norco was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight  defeat. They took  a  30-25 hit to the loss column at the hands of Rancho Cucamonga. While losing is never fun, Norco can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' California football rankings  (they are ranked 107th, while Rancho Cucamonga is ranked 23rd).
 Despite the  loss, Norco saw an underclassman step up:  Cole Rodgers picked up  a  sack and made seven total tackles (4.0 for loss).
 Having lost for the first time  this season, Etiwanda  fell to 2-1. As for Norco, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
 Etiwanda was taken down by Norco 66-13 in their previous meeting  back in August of 2015. That  matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point Etiwanda was down  53-13.
