Soccer Recap: Taft Comes Up Short

Taft lost against Marshall back in February of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Taft Raiders fell 3-1 to the Marshall Rams. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Aiden Jones, which was the first he's scored this season.

Taft now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Marshall, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Taft wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against McCollum on the 9th. As for Marshall, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-2 defeat against Glenn on the 10th.
