Chicopee Comp has gone a perfect 4-0 against Palmer recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Colts will challenge the Panthers at 4:00 p.m. Chicopee Comp is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.5 runs per game this season.

On Monday, Chicopee Comp beat Commerce 9-4.

The team relied heavily on Marissa Vasquez, who went 1-for-4 with four stolen bases, two runs, and one double. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Alexis Wojcik, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Palmer posted their closest win since April 10th on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Commerce 15-13.

Palmer got a massive performance out of Jayda Pardo, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Anna King was another key player, going 1-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Chicopee Comp has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-14 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for Palmer, their victory bumped their record up to 8-10.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Wednesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Chicopee Comp has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.4 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Palmer struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 7.8 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.

Chicopee Comp took their win against Palmer in their previous meeting last Sunday by a conclusive 21-9 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Colts since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
