It was a good run, but Paden unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Friday. They were dealt a 65-33 loss at the hands of the Union City Tigers. The game marked the Pirates' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Paden's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-3. As for Union City, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-7.

Paden didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 52-50 win against Prue on the 25th. Union City has also already played their next matchup, a 68-42 loss against Dewar on the 25th.
