Soccer Recap: Staunton River Takes a Loss

Staunton River and William Byrd squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Staunton River had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Terriers by a score of 2-1. It was the first time this season that Staunton River let down their fans at home.

Staunton River's loss dropped their record down to 13-4-2. As for William Byrd, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-7-4.

As of now, neither Staunton River nor the Terriers have any future games scheduled.
