Centennial has gone 8-2 against Cambridge recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Centennial Knights will head out on the road to challenge the Cambridge Bears at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in Centennial's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five matches.

Centennial is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They claimed a resounding 85-47 win over Blessed Trinity. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 137th, while the Titans are ranked 397th), the result on Tuesday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Cambridge won against Blessed Trinity on Thursday with 68 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. Cambridge skirted past Westminster 68-66. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bears.

Cambridge has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.3 points per game. As for Centennial, their victory bumped their record up to 12-6.

Centennial won a game that couldn't have been any closer when the teams last played back in February of 2024, slipping by Cambridge 65-64. The rematch might be a little tougher for Centennial since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
