Fans were treated to a battle of the Wildcats on Monday. Bath were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Jefferson. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Bath has posted against Jefferson since September 1, 2018.

Bath not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Jefferson between 15 and 18 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-18, 25-16.

Lila Capps paced Bath's offense, picking up nine kills. Capps got some help from Zoie Bayliff and her 15 assists. Aaliyah Young controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Bath has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Bath has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Memorial on the 21st. As for Jefferson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Perry on the 19th.
