Volleyball Recap: Montevideo Gets the Win

Montevideo posted their closest win since August 27, 2024 on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Hills-Beaver Creek Patriots 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Thunderhawks.

Montevideo's win bumped their record up to 2-13. As for Hills-Beaver Creek, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-9.

Montevideo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Worthington on the 4th. As for Hills-Beaver Creek, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Murray County Central on the 4th.
