Basketball Recap: Paragould Takes a Loss

Paragould was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 36th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the West Memphis Blue Devils, falling 53-31. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 187th, while the Blue Devils are ranked 30th).

Paragould's defeat dropped their record down to 0-21. As for West Memphis, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-7.

As of now, neither Paragould nor West Memphis have any future games scheduled.
