Soccer Recap: Jefferson County Takes a Loss

Jefferson County lost against Taylor County back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jefferson County Tigers fell 2-0 to the Taylor County Bulldogs.

Jefferson County has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season. As for Taylor County, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches, which lines up perfectly with their 13-4-1 record this season.

Jefferson County didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Godby on the 16th. As for Taylor County, they will take on Suwannee at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Taylor County will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
