Volleyball Recap: AVA KETELSEN's Big Game Can't Quite Lead River Ridge over East Dubuque + How To Watch

River Ridge was the 2-1 winner over East Dubuque when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats fell 2-0 to the Warriors on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-11.

River Ridge's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was AVA KETELSEN, who had eight kills and seven digs. KETELSEN has been hot recently, having posted eight or more kills the last three times she's played. KENLEY PATTERSON was another key player, getting five kills and four digs.

River Ridge dropped their record down to 7-18-1 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for East Dubuque, the victory snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 11-11 record.
