Basketball Recap: McDonogh 35 Takes a Loss

McDonogh 35 was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Northshore Panthers, falling 50-5. The matchup marked the Roneagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

McDonogh 35's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Northshore, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-3.

McDonogh 35 will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Landry at 5:30 p.m. on January 9, 2025. As for Northshore, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against St. Charles Catholic at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday.
