Even though the Providence Catholic Provets have not done well against the San Antonio Memorial Minutemen recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Providence Catholic enjoyed a cozy 37-19 victory over San Antonio Memorial. The win made it back-to-back wins for Providence Catholic.
It was another big night for Kalysta Martin, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 17 rebounds. The match was Martin's sixth in a row with at least ten points.
Providence Catholic's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for San Antonio Memorial, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-15.
Providence Catholic will be home for the holidays to greet Fox Tech at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for San Antonio Memorial, they will head out on the road to face off against Poteet at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
