Football Recap: Penn Cambria Takes Down Sharon in a Playoff Battle

Penn Cambria extended their postseason success on Friday against Sharon. They secured a 12-7 W over the Tigers. The 12-point effort marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The critical scores for Penn Cambria came from Grant Gides and Evan Latterner.

Penn Cambria didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Blake Lilly and Colin Gongloff. Gongloff has been hot recently, having also posted five or more total tackles the last three times he's played. Penn Cambria received some extra help from Latterner, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.
