Troy won the last time they faced Atchison County and things went their way on Thursday too. The Trojans put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 18-3 win. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by six runs or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Troy and bumps their season record up to 8-5. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for Atchison County, they are on a 31-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-22.
