Park Tudor took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday (and then some). Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Indianapolis Shortridge Blue Devils a 13-0 shutout. That's more bragging rights for Park Tudor, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Layla Trammel made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only one hit while striking out 15 over five innings pitched. Trammel was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
