Lake Charles College Prep waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They put the hurt on the Bunkie Panthers with a sharp 66-40 win. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Trailblazers just coasted through the last quarter.

Lake Charles College Prep's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brayden Sinegal led the charge by putting up 15 points. Those 15 points gave Sinegal a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Izayha Brown, who posted ten points.

Lake Charles College Prep pushed their record up to 23-4 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points over those games. As for Bunkie, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lake Charles College Prep will head out to square off against South Beauregard at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bunkie, they will venture away from home to challenge Vidalia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
