It was a good run, but McLaughlin unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 64-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Francis Indian Warriors. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

McLaughlin's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for St. Francis Indian, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

As of now, neither McLaughlin nor St. Francis Indian have any future games scheduled.
