Football Recap: Deep Creek Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Deep Creek was feeling good fresh off their 31-10 takedown of Lakeland last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hornets had to suffer through a 48-10 loss at the hands of the Oscar Smith Tigers. While losing is never fun, the Hornets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia football rankings (they are ranked 148th, while the Tigers are ranked fifth).

Deep Creek dropped their record down to 2-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Oscar Smith, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.
